Compression bonded NdFeB magnets are consisting of isotropic NdFeB power and thermosetting epoxy resin binder. Then compound compression molded into the required geometry and thus cured at a specific temperature. Its remarkable advantages include:
- Magnetic properties are higher than sintered Ferrite magnets
- No need for additional machining and have highdimensional accuracy
- Can be magnetized into multi-pole
- The Max.Working temperature can reach 180 degrees Culsius
- Superior corrsion resistance and widely served for automotive micro motors,home appliances, and power tools
